At Kroger Michigan Rewards, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kroger Michigan Rewards account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
